No Fix, No Fee
If I cannot solve your problem or issue, KEEKTECH will not invoice or charge you for the services.
This policy will not apply for issues that are outside the control of KEEKTECH. This include (but, not limited to) Internet Service Provider (ISP) issues, obsolete hardware and/or software, etc. In the event of these cases, I reserve the right to decide when the "No Fix, No Fee" policy applies.
Service Quality & Standards
I will always aim to complete all jobs in a timely manner, and to an excellent standard (always).
When providing tech support and training & tutorials, I will always ensure that you are comfortable and confident with the technology, application or service! This means you have a hands-on exprience with the product and service/s before finishing the session.
All clients over the age of 65 with recieve a 5% discount on the final invoice value.
If you are a Not-for-profit Organisation, such as a community group, sporting club, or similar. and require some IT assistance. KEEKTECH is happy to support local Not-for-profit Organisations and Sporting Clubs by offering 5% off the final invoice value.

Changes to rates and pricing
KEEKTECH reserves the right to adjust the pricing of services at any time. You will be informed of any recent adjustments prior to work commencment.
I reserve the right to discount the Consultation Fee as appropriate, depending on case or work required.
No cancellation fee will be charged proving KEEKTECH is contacted 48 hours prior to appoinment time.
